What to expect
Legato Pilates is a small home-based studio in a calm and tranquil setting offering private and duet training sessions. The studio is owned and operated solely by Katrina, ensuring you receive instructor continuity for all your sessions.

​Sessions are 55 minutes.
​
Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. If you have long hair it is recommended you tie it back.
For your safety, wear pilates socks. If you don't own any pilates grip socks they can be purchased in the studio.

There is no need to bring anything with you as the studio is equiped with a reformer, trapeze table, spine corrector, wunda chair, oov and other small apparatus.

New to the Studio
The initial consultation is the first session for all new clients to the studio. In this session Katrina will get to know you, take note of any relevant medical history and how your body moves.
If you're new to Pilates you will be guided through a series of exercises that introduce your body to the foundations of Pilates exercises. With the information gathered from your history and observing your body move Katrina will design a program to meet your personal needs and goals.

Studio Sessions
Following your initial consultation you will progress to working through your individual program, closely supported by your instructor, Katrina. Your program will be designed to offer assistance where needed but also challenge you so you continue to improve and reach your potential.
